To place an ad in our show catalogue, please follow the directions below and mail your cheque or money order (in Canadian funds only please) made payable to PWDCC and send payment along with a copy of your ad and your ad form to:

For Corporate Sponsors placing ads in the show catalogue, please send your ad artwork to B.C. Dog Show Services and email Sue Hopkins to let her know your ad is sent.

Your order should be sent no later than October 9th, 2008. Please give earlier notice of your intent to place an ad. Include any hard copy photos or business cards that require scanning (an additional charge of $10.00 per scan will apply).

All ad material and electronic art (CDs or emailed files) must be received no later than October 9th, 2008. Payment must be received before files can be processed.

Files under 5 MBs can be emailed showsecretary@bcdogshowservicesltd.ca, please include a hard copy for reference with your CD or with your payment.

If a self-addressed, stamped envelope is included, discs, hard-copies and any other supplied material will be returned or they may be picked up at the show from the show secretary, B.C. Dog Show Services Ltd.

Costs:

For camera-ready art:
Inside front, inside back, back cover $60.00 (Full page only available, full colour)
Full page $50.00
1/2 page $35.00
1/4 page $25.00
Breeder business card $10.00
Cost per scan of hardcopy photos or actual business cards is $10.00.

Catalogue page size: 8.5” wide x 11” deep, printing black on uncoated offset paper.

Ad sizes:

Full Page: image area 7.5” x 9.75”
1/2 Page: image area 7.5” x 4.75”
1/4 Page: image area 3.75" x 4.75"
Business card: image area 3.5” x 2”

Acceptable electronic files:

Printable PDFs, JPEG, EPS, TIFF (black and white greyscale, colour CMYK files only)

Note: the deadline for pre-ordering catalogues is the showclosing date of October 9, 8pm EST.
